Really stoked on how these Ram 2500/3500 transmission mounts are turning out! Not only does the trans mount support the transmission but also takes the leverage weight of the free hanging transfer case, making it a crucial component for heavy off-road use/high horse power abuse. These trans mounts are designed to sit in the exact factory location while utilizing the same factory hardware. What must be done to the engine must be done to the transmission as the bushings will acquire the same durometer(density) as our motor mounts giving you the complete confidence that your drivetrain will be secure. So far 3D printed model confirms fitment 2006 48RE and 2023 Aisin AS69RC so we're having high hopes for the rest of the different model transmissions! #ramtrucks #lockitdown #oneofakind

PROTO-TYPE RAM 3RD GEN FRONT BUMPER HAS ARRIVED! Will house 12k @warnindustries winch with relocation bracket for winch control box towards the bottom of the bumper along with a cut out on top for easy access to free spool. Brackets made to hold 40" @bajadesigns light bar on top and 4 holes underneath for squadrons for both driver and passenger side of the bumper.

First Ram 1500 TRX Proto type motor mounts have arrived! Like all HC motor mounts, these mounts are made from a solid block of 6061 billet aluminum. The motor mounts not only support the the motor, they also support the front axle housing making them a very crucial component under extreme stress when in 4 wheel drive. These 1/4" thick steel plates give you peace of mind knowing that your motor isn't going anywhere, not to mention out with the old factory U-shape design and in with the new upgraded through hole style with inner key wayed gusset plates to keep them all tied together. The first three lines in the graph show how sharp the initial curve is with just a standard king, where as the the last three show how smooth the transition is while still holding strong on compression. Valving wise in the CCV I just put a standard stack of .008s on rebound and a stack of .010s on compression and at 6 IN/S on compression, it's putting out over 900lbs! Will be putting some serious miles on these before I head into production, but so far everything looks good. #fluiddynamics #cncmachining

Probably the sickest thing I've designed so far. Introducing the CCV ( Cavitation Control Vavle). These vavles were designed to fit the King Prerunner Series 2.5 reservoirs that have 9" cans or longer as the added 3" of length to the end cap will not be wise in a shorter can. While cavitation is inevitable under extreme situations due to fluid being forced into a smaller orifice, these valves are engineered to use a second set of valving built into the reservoirs to slow down the extreme pressures, making the main vavling work less and keeping the shock cooler to reduce the risk of shock fade. Unlike the Kings/ Fox's compression clickers, which only deal with compression, these vavles give you the tunning capability of both the compression and rebound. The end cap has 1/2 NPT thread, which utilizes most reservoir hoses. The mounting bolt for the piston comes with a free bleed hole down the center that is threaded to a 3/8 set screw to give you the option of plugging. The piston hole spread is designed to accept a cover shim as small as a Kings 1.45 or as big as 1.60 on both compression and rebound. Looking forward to really putting these vavles through the paces! These 1/4" thick frames mounts are designed to replace the weak factory U-shaped style that always like to crack or even worse break at the through bolt hole location, putting your driveline componets at risk! Each tab is labeled for its proper location along with a 90° locating tab on the top gusset plates that locates into a factory hole on the top of the frame, making installation easier to properly postion the mounts correctly. Was very surprised to say that the feed back coming from the cab was little to none considering the durometer of these bushings. Sending this batch out to anodizing/laser engraving and should be ready to ship in the next couple weeks! #mopar #hemipower

By adding an extra port to the already king 3 port piston, this four port piston will help distribute the force on the shim stack, which will in turn gives you a better transition through sharp hits for a better ride. Rebound ports have been brought inward to accept 1.60 shim to give you the option of more rebound flow for high speed off roading while still being able to have the option of adding 1.75 shim for less flow.
